Quick DMF enquiry

Hi,

The DMF on my car got replaced about two weeks ago (under warranty) due to a loud clunk when the engine fired - approx 1000 miles later, it has developed a rattle and the engine tones changes when I press the clutch about half way down.

Can anything be adjusted by Vauxhall, or will be need another new one?

Sounds like a dodgy dmf to me, take it back to the stealers

Can the stealers be trusted with doing the job they are meant to do?

Sounds like they may of somehow managed to remedy the noise you where having without changing the dmf?

If only it was that easy lol.

Sounds like your 1000 mile old DMF is failing already, fingers crossed the next one lasts longer.

Bit of an update - flywheel was comfirmed as faulty today and has been changed again, they said it must have been a substandard part. Just hope it lasts longer this time!
