Just got broken into

HI ALL GOT WOKE UP AT 4AM BY THE SOUND OF THE FRONT DOOR SOMEBODY BROKE IN THE BACK DOOR STOLE MY WIFES BAG AND THEN GOT HOLD OF MY KEYS AND HAVE TAKEN THE VECTRA

Thanks all police have been and gone awaiting for scene of crime to come it looks like they had got through the back door stolen my wifes bag etc then the car keys they unpluged my phone so i could not call the police just spoken to insurance company got to call them back after 9

Bad luck, hope it gets sorted soon. Not a nice start to the day. If its any consolation, no one was hurt but nevertheless a shake up experience I'm sure.

I always keep my car keys under my pillow at night (my thinking is that the fairies may leave a better car in its place, I have been waiting 20 years!!!). But seriously, I do keep the keys with me.

Whilst it's obviously very distinctive with the mods you've done, if you don't mind posting the reg plate it may still help. You never know - someone may spot if it they know the plate to look for.

Sorry to hear about the break-in BTW - that seems to be the way they go about stealing newer cars these days.
