Default HEL Brakelines different length to originals !!!!

    Hi,

Checked HEL website, & seemed all the braided lines are the same for the Vec C, so got some off a chap on Ebay (who was gonna fit to his SRI, but didn't bother in the end!!). In all fairness, I do not recall asking if he had a 'B', or a 'C' !!!.

I now have some braided lines that are approx 100mm shorter than my originals .

Can anyone with a 'C' fitted with HEL's, let me know the length of their lines please. I am hoping that the originals we longer than needed, even accounting for full lock, strut under full extension, etc, etc.

    Regards

    I feel like such a f******g t**t.

I only pulled one out of the box, they all looked the same length. Just so happened to pull out a 'rear', & just so happened to offer it up to the original 'front'.

Did not sleep all night wondering why I was such a waste of space, & came to the conclusion that life needs its idiots, to balance out with the intelligent. Its a yin/yan thing I think. I now know which team i'm in, & guess I gotta live with it .

Happy I don't need to spend anymore cash though . Guess that's the happy end to this story!!

    Thanks.

Don't beat yourself up about it m8, we all do 'dumb' things in our lives. Believe me, I've done a few! (No, I won't tell! lol)

Good to see that you can be self-deprecating about it. Brought a smile to my face.
