    Default DPF

watched my Veccy instant consumption rise toady from 0.1 gall per hour to 1.8 gall per hour at idle, so it was doing its regen thing as it should. tonite its back to 0.1 and running fine. So as with all these things its gets you thinking and after reading threads about people gutting them etc, i thought back to my two stoke bike days, when you decoked the exhaust with a strong soloution of caustic soda left overnight. Should my DPF ever get so blocked as to be a problem, does anyone know if caustic would actually damage the DPF?

Is there anything in the hidden menu's of the cdc40 that would show the current percentage of blockage in the DPF,or is this tech2 only?

Sheesh, the things that go through your mind huh??
