a couple of questions, if I may......

1. theres two screws holding the rear trim to the inside of the boot lid, near where the warning triangle sits, how can I get them/ buy them, because mine are missing?

2. how do I reset the service light. I've tried holding the brake down while holding the reset button, while turing the iginition on, but it doesn't go out.

anyone help?

Did the actually do the serivce as it sounds like the car was "programed" for an anual service, and the dealer has not "reprogramed" it. You can do it yourself.
If my memory is correct.
Press the brake pedal (and hold)
Turn the ignition key, so the ignition lights are on. But don,t start the car.
Press the odmeter button.
Hopefully that should reset the "insp" indicator, for the next twelve months.
