    Default 6x9's

So how many of you have standard speakers but have amped 6x9's?
    Whats your thoughts?
    Models?
are they placed in cut parcel shelf or other?
    recommendations?

im thinking of getting some 6x9's as i have a FLI amp just sitting about and i need the boot space so i cant install a sub.
im just on thinking terms because hopefully it will give a nice bit of extra sound/base for not much money..

There is a thread on here somewhere, where someone fitted a sub into the compartment on the right hand side of the boot!!!

imho you don't need 6x9's as the sub always drowns them out. A good front set up and an amp and a decent sub with an amp is all you need as you want the higher end of the music at the front and the bass coming from the rear and this saves you money too.
