    Question Q for van drivers.

I'm half thinking of buying a smallish van and quite like the Ford Transit Connect 1.8 or 2.0 diesel.
My question is ..... are they any good ?

I drive a connect at work and it's mint. Quick aswell for a diesel with the amount of gear I lug around.

The reviews say that combined econommy is around 39 mpg.
Sure i can get that lower as theres a tuning box that fits this van.(already checked )

Going to use this as my every day transport, to and from work and lugging the fishing gear up and down gravel tracks in the UK & around Europe.
    Saves knackering the Vectra up.
    This is how its rated.

we used to run 2 of the connect vans, they went back and forth around the country averaging around 100k a year and they were ultra reliable. Only down side for me is that im quite a porker, so they were not as comfortable as our other vans. But highly recomended.

Apparently the Toyota Hiace are really good, not being a Van person myself though. I was impressed with these when I borrowed one for a house move... Had quite a bit of poke to it.
And it's a Toyota so it'll never stop
