    Default Need some advice

    i bought a set of 18" vxr alloys over 2 months ago the set i got 1 had a very small blemish on it so i rang company & they sent me out another 1 but the courier didnt pick the damaged 1 up, i still got it in the shed was thinking of putting a tyre on it and having it as a spare . is there a limit to the time some 1 can demand there item back or do u think i should tyre it up ?

    AFter this amount of time I'd just say I had sent it back with the courier although I am not sure on the time limit for these things.
    Now I need a turbo to keep up!

    you can pretty much say that after 2 months the courier wont have any paperwork for it anyway, so they wont be able to prove you did or didnt return it. Im with big sig on this, you sent it back, RIGHT??? winks.

    I'd have just done neither. As far as you are concerned you are still waiting for collection. It would probs stay in my shed for years!!

    If you notified the company and they or the courier failed to collect then if nothing is done by them, after 6 months it becomes yours. keep it safe and ready for collection. If they haven't done anything in the next 4 months it's their loss and your gain.
