I've seen the police chase one a few times, it's on youtube as ghost car. I'm not convinced by any of them despite having an open mind about such things. With the car, I wonder if the cop bothered to get out of his patrol car and see if the chain link fence was still fixed all round. It could be luck that the car drove through it and instead of tearing it down it stayed attatched to the top stringer wire and dropped down like a cat flap after he went under it. Only one possibility but not impossible imo.
