    Default disable passenger side airbag

is it possible to disarm the passenger side airbag on the vectra so you can have a car seat in the front seat? I don't want to be pulling fuses, I mean is there a switch anywhere? I know some cars have a switch on the door post on the passenger side.

nah, it would be so I could put baby in front in car seat, don't want to be fiddling about with stuff in case it doesn't disable. Just wanted to know if there was a switch. Thanks for replying though, appreciate it

On some models there was an option that it would detect a transponder in a vx car seat and switch it off, so it must be possible somehow.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!
