Bad Things Do Come In Threes !!!!!!

1 The Owl - last Monday.

2 The Crash - On Saturday.

3 The Busted Thumb - Wednesday.

My right thumb has been a little sore for a couple of days so while at Wishaw General dealing with another lovely patient I got the Dr. to have a look.
He thinks it may be a sprain or slight tendon damage...... So now got a big stupid lookin tape thing on my thumb

Some good news though......
My legal cover on the insurance are dealing with the claim and I have to take the car in to get a quote for repairs

They will arrange for a hire car while it is in and will pay for any out of pocket expenses I have.

They have also had a lawyer call me about any injury I have sustained.. told him I had not .... but now I think about it..... I do have a sore thumb

Robatel, sorry to hear al that mate ive just had a similar run

1) caught vectra on a bridge
2) travelled all the way from cambridge to portsmouth via crewe (to drop baby off with outlaws) on our way to france gets to the port hands the passpotrs in and my wifes passport had expired and we couldnt go!
3) shut my finger in a bl**dy great gate

some is watching i reckon hope fully its all over with now!

Hopfully that is it.
The good news started today.

Went to Verve body repair shop in Law to get quote for repair to side of car.

The guy went to check the motor and came back to say....

1 repair front door
2 replace rubbing strip
3 repair rear door
4 replace rubbing strip
5 repair front wing ( small scratch been there since got car

)
6 replace SRi badge
7 PAINT FULL SIDE OF CAR !!!!!!!!!

Bl00dy hell didn't think it would need all that.
Just waiting for a date to book it in but they rekon it will all be done in a couple of days.

Need to make sure they do a good job and then it will need a good clean and polish !

Not bad at all have to look real hard to see the dents.

Hopfully all fixed in time for Scottish meet Aug or Sept

Cheers for the heads up mate but been off the site for a few days..........

Hopefully it will be sorted for the meet.....but dont let the bodyshop wax it after theyve sorted it....lol
