As others have said, all the instructions for programming a key are in the documentation available. You just log into the Customer Area with the log-in details you will have been given.

That's assuming you have a genuine copy of the program?, and not a cheap cracked copy from eBay. If it's the latter then no wonder you don't have the documentation, let alone the support. If you are using a cracked eBay version then you have to ask yourself - do you really want to be plugging that into your car and trying to program things like your key/immobiliser system?!

The other simple fact is that the cracked versions often don't work properly, so no matter what documentation/instructions you have you may find that some aspects of it simply don't work.

If it is a cracked eBay version then this thread will unfortunately have to go no further as we don't allow discssion about Op-Com/Vaux-Com if it's such a version.

Can I issue a BIG word of warning here...

I have a genuine Vaux-com and was coding a new keyless entry fob to an Astra H today. I managed to get into a position where all the keys were blanked and the car would not start and would not recode the key.

Now because I have a genuine interface, I have access to tech support over the phone from Ilexa. I called them and 5 mins later the job was done and I breathed a sigh of relief.

If I hadn't had this backup, it is likely that there would be a dead Astra sat outside my house!!!

Be really really careful when messing with dodgy copied interfaces. For one, they don't work properly to begin with; and two, even if they do, if you don't have the tech support when something goes wrong you can end up with a dead car.

Exactly right - absolutely spot on!!

That's exactly why we don't allow discussion of the copied versions or links to eBay ads of them and why we warn people time and time again of the potential pitfalls faced by plugging these versions into their cars.

I bought my genuine Vaux-Com for the same reasons - knowing that I could have help, support and updates at the end of a phone, as well as not even contemplating plugging a version into my car that i had no idea if it was going to it up!
