    Default 7000 miles in............

I have now covered 7000 miles in the 3 months I have owned the Insignia. So it's now done 17000 miles.

    Issues so far.........................None!

I say none, it had to go in to have the centre console rattle re-work done, but that is it.

    Again, another 100% reliable Vauxhall!

Are things that bad with the Insignia that 17,000 miles without any issues is regarded as newsworthy? Serious question.

    Does make you wonder

BTW, I have walked 20000 steps with only one stop for a fill up and the nozzle didn't get stuck once! Another good set of legs

No it doesn't mean they are bad, the point I am getting across, is that many members are stating that they are not very good and are plagued with problems.

From my point of view it is the total opposite.

    Right. Gotcha.

It was fairly predictable that there would be some teething problems with the early models but by now you would imagine there should have been some progress. Cracking the 17,000 mile, "barrier" seemed a little light on what is a circa £24K car.

I guess I'll find out soon enough.
