cd30 on/off function

I cannot get my head round this. I have the radio off when I leave the car I get in and the radio comes on with the engine every time?

How do I get it to switch off with the key and then wait for me to invite it on again by the button as this thing is way to pushy!!

I tried the ign-logic option but that leaves the radio on (if it was on before stopping and leaving the car) when I switch off and remove the key,,,,

I have the same problem mate, so will be looking for a solution also

Go into the settings and there is an option for ignition - just switch it off. That way you have control over the head unit. It is in the manual but its easy to find on the settings.

I wonder if that was the result that if it is switched on when driving, it stayed on when I stopped and removed the key? I will try again

It also remembers by the key, if you can't sort it when I get a chance I'll work out the sequence to switch it off, the setting is ignition logic
