Default bit of a modding day....

just a couple of pic's of what me and nick got up to today after last week's rear SRI bumper and SRI side skirt fiting..

    so today we fitted

vxr diffuser painted satin black and exhaust's altered a little to fit said diffuser

    colourcoded mud flap's

    brake pad wear sensor

and then a complete tailgate swap as nick's was a little worse for wear with a few dent's in it and he wanted the lip spoiler and smoked rear light..

this was fitted a lot easier than i expected tbh, 3 hand's needed mind, 2 to hold it up and one to remove / refit the hinge pin's, these hinges needed a slight bit of adjustment inward's to accept the new tailgate and once it was fitted they needed to be pushed up a little too as the boot lock wouldn't fit into the keep right, all in about 3/4hr to fit it re-trim it and adjust gap's while nick rebuilt the rear quater interior after pulling the loom through and conecting it up, i was supprised to see how much just a few changes had made such a big impact to his car and it's a real credit to him

now nick doesn't do photo's so i made sure i got one of him in action after the walking away ''i dont do photo's'' comment...lol

you need more clear coat on the mud guards, or at least the one in the picture, but it looks ace mate, and the wheels there look lush in that colour on that car.

i used 2 150ml tin's of vx ultra blue and 2 150ml tin's of vx laquer on the 4 mud flap's, it's just the angle of the pic from my phone trust me they are all the same and have a real deep gloss finish to them
