Default Poor starting and slight misfire on z22se

Over the last couple of weeks the car has developed a nasty habit of being lazy to start from cold. The engine turns over fine, but doesn't seem to want to fire. The engine will fire and then die immediately, and then on the third starting attempt it starts and stays running. I've also noticed a slight miss on idle and have had the car cut out on me once or twice as well, but I'm not sure if the cutting out is related to the starting issue. What do we think the problem is? I'm leaning towards plugs as it is a starting issue more than anything, but could it be a fueling problem also? There don't seem to be any other symptoms, and I don't have any warning lights on.

I'd whip the plugs out and inspect them for damage first, then if they seem ok give them a good scrub up with a wire brush and put them back in, If that doesn't cure it try a new set and if that doesn't work it's probably the coil pack on its way out.

I did think it was plugs, then possibly coil pack. I've just been out and checked for fault codes with my code reader as well - it's come back with 0138: oxygen sensor circuit voltage high. Something else to think about there...
