Well here's mine, only just got it so its standard at the mo but not for long

It's a 1.9 CDTi (120)

Have just ordered some HID's (50W 6000k) and have a K&N panel filter on its way.
Next couple of months will be getting either a re-map or dtuk box and some more HID's in the fogs

nice veccy mate, don't see many in that colour!
i had 35w 6000k hids and they were perfect after doing the headlight adjustment mod. nice white colour with a slight blue tint! not sure how much brighter the 50w is than the 35w though.

Could you enlighten me (pardon the punn) what is the headlight adjustment mod??? Is that the one about putting the light adjuster on setting two etc.

I just tried doing a search for it but can't find it

Car looks awesome though matey MX5, will keep an eye out for it as I travel via the Red Funnel ferry occasionaly visiting my brother on the Isle of Wight

Cheers mate, sorry for late reply;

headlight adjustment mod is when you park your car facing a wall, masking tape across some lines where the top of your lights cut off, now get in your car and turn the dial down to 2, get out again and adjust your headlights under the bonnet with an allen key until they touch the original masking tape, then get back in your car and turn the dial back up to 0.

voilá, two steps higher, if you do it much higher it just means your main beams will do nothing as they will be aimed for the sky lol
