Gap Insurance

Hi, if you was to purchase a brand new car would you take out the gap insurance for three years and also would you have the diamond brite system.
Just wondering if its a rip off or not. £600.00 for both

sounds pricey i only paid £400 for my gap insurance

I would take the GAP insurance every time. I wrote off my car quite soon after purchasing and the GAP covered my ar$e.

I wouldn't go for diamond brite as I'm sure a good waxing does pretty much the same, at a much reduced price. Happy to be corrected though.

I got a 4 year £15k policy for £260 through Hitachi Insurance, I got it from www.car2cover.co.uk.

I got one for the wifes Zafira for about £160 last last year from the same guys, for that money I'd do it every time
