    Default 2.2 backbox help

    my single exit 2.2 sri backbox has split in it so been looking for a replacement on the bay so that i can fit my dual exit that i have waiting in the shed,i was looking to buy a stainless but with school holidays coming up it looks like that idea will have to wait,anyway i bidded on and won a 2.2 backbox but when it came today i realised that the chrome tailpipe was differnt the original one had an angled tailpipe and this one was straight,does anyone know why,also can the tailpipes be removed so i can fit vxr tailpipes,
