riding bikes!
just back from a wee bike ride with the rugrats, and i must be honest those saddles are bl00dy uncomfy! next time ill take a cushion to sit on as i think ive now got a bad case of piles! fetch the ointment nurse! anyway as im a glutton for punishment ill go out again soon and take advantage of this fine weather were getting

well mine was out the garage this evening. needs a wee bit work done then it, dudty gym pass and 7 weeks of hard graft to get fit for the beach
We went for a ride today, kin ace, I sweated like a pig once we stopped, swiming and cycling has to be the British Heart Foundations best recommendations, it's funderin now btwe, whoo hoo, fireworks and ion charge awaits.
Where did you get to Pogo, bet there was a Spar along the way........
unfortunately we cycled for miles and never found a 8l00dy carry out shop! what a waste of time!
