Default 345mm vxr brakes under 17" rims??

hey guys have seen a few people mentioning fitting vxr brake setups under 17" rims just wondered if anyone has any experience with putting a set under facelift elite alloys am i going to squeeze them under or am i looking at some new wheels first?

dont know about the 345s but ive put the 314s on my elite with them wheels and it is tight on the front ,but was told you can still get a space saver on ,sure i read on here that if you have 345s then the space saver would have to go on the rear . khalid

The 345s WILL fit under 17's, but I believe it's dependant on the wheels themselves and the balance weights. The police run this combination, but the only way to find out is to either try it and see, or find someone close by with them fitted and do a quick wheel swap...

What you've got there are the GSi alloys - I've got the same ones and my 314's fit very easilly. The 345's will fit but may foul any weights you have on there - it depends where the weights are put.

i'm pretty sure there's only one vx 17 inch wheel that fits over them. It's the wheel that comes on the police vectra's. Unsure of the wheel.
