Angry Need someone in the know for this please

brought my 1.9cdti sri 150 2004/54 plate, needed new flywheel done so i had the lot done which included the clutch and slave cylinder
had a friend of mine do it for £700 when vx wanted £1582.60 and another smaller garage £1100
however when my mate took the car the steering wheel was straight when driving, when he brought the car back the steering wheel sat to the left by say 20 degrees, he said i would need to get tracking done and it will sort it, however my tracking is supposedly ok and though i have noticed the inside of the drivers side tire in worn inside.
    1. would 4 wheel alignment maybe correct the steering wheel?
    2. or the uneaven wear?

main question. i was advised by my friend that when he done the flywheel he would not of moved anything to change steering wheel position and upon calling a couple of garages today they said that when the subframe was put back it could be that its not put back right or aligned when doing, anyone have any ideas or opinions on this?

paid £4k for the car and my enthusiasm has gone having to fork out an additional £700. i want the steering straight and am gutted i aint now got a few hundred more to spend on some extras now as i wanted some tint + spoiler and maybe more, i go out to the car and i feel nothing right now, not how getting a new car should feel, saved for ages for this. please help me

if i pull forwards and backwards and forwards with the wheel starting off straight it ends up out

so would 4 wheel alignment not sort it out? and the uneaven wear?
