    Exclamation "buzzing/crackling" noise

Might have a little more info regarding that "buzzing/crackling"noise that's happening on turning the ignition on.Today it stayed on for a bit longer and now seems to be coming from the heater control/aircon switches area.
Does anyone know if there are any type of relays behind there?,as it only seems to happen the once,as if whatever it is,is being "powered up".
On restart,it doesn't happen again!!. Can anyone help as it's "driving"(please forgive the pun) me mad.Felixx.
