Dont know if that part is corect but if your flexi pipe is split just get a new flexi part welded on for between £40 and £60, It is much cheaper.

Go to a custom exhaust place (like Powerflow) and get them to replace it, be about £60-£80 I would imagine.

What exactly is wrong with your exhaust. You would be amazed what a performane exhaust centre can do with what you already have. If there is a pipe blowing they can replace it (no need to replace the cat if it is ok) or as i have stated already they can replace the flexi section as well if that is blowing.

What he said. Google powerflow exhausts and then find your local supplier on there site and take your car down. It will take no more than half an hour to fit.
And also be a loads cheaper.

They would say that as they dont repair systems. And also there is not enough £££££ in it for them to do it.

I had the flexi section cut out and replaced on my old 156 at a powerflow centre. It cost £65.
It was still going strong when i sold it 2 yrs later.
