want to clean my car before i sell it so how do front seats come out

want to give it a thorough clean, before putting it on ebay this weekend, can see the rear bolts but not the front ones, do i need to disconnect battery

Yes disconnect the battery and allow 15 mins before disconnecting so as not to trigger the airbags. The seat is hinged at the front, take the rear bolts out and hinge forward

why take them out as iv,e done lots off cars and not needed to take the seats out ,look at the mondeo tlc post ,the car was done with them in and it was just a vax and fab interior cleaner that did the work got into all the bits . khalid

well i just think it makes a thorough job and sounds easy enough, want a quick sale so it may make a difference
