I have heard these things are really bad for your fuel economy, have you tried it before?

roof bars fit in less than 5 mins, as does the roof box..

As for storage - its clamped up-side-down on the garage roof beems by curtain pole's acting as roof bars - so thats pretty cool too :~)

Will only be on the car when needed - i.e. hols away in the UK etc..

We have a Dog and two kids, so the boot gets pretty full very quickly as you can imagine - these are perfect...
