I see you got a pre facelift so reference to your fogs it's easy. I changed both my bulbs yesterday for some Ultra H3's so they are nice and white now. Anyway, i found it easier to jack the car up a little so i could get under, then remove the covers on the bottom of the foglight. The bulbs are held in place by a spring type wire which are just clipped on to a couple of prongs. The wire for the foglight is a spade type but be careful as mine were really tight to remove and then your ready to fit your new ones.
Just be careful though NOT to touch the bulb glass as the oil from your fingers could make the bulb explode.

As Soulman states the bulb type is H3, as for buying bulbs it depends what ones you want to go for. Halfords wanted £20 per bulb when i looked yesterday but then i went to Carnoisseur and bought the Ultra's for £12.99 the pair (they must have charged me the wrong price as the pack behind said £24.99).

just fold the door mirror in ...then if you push the glass forward it should just unclip

When you say full glass unit, I take it it's the VX one that has the two metal tags on it for the heated connections? if that is the case, then just put yours fingers in between the mirror surround and the black plate that's left from where the glass was attached and just gently lever it out, the black plastic plate will pop out, fitting is reversal of removal, but just be aware that there are two wire connections behind this plate that will need to be connected to the new one. I am lead to belive there are Two types of mirror fitting. The one is easy to do the other is not so easy. If you put your fingers behind the plastic backing plate that is still left on the mirror pull it gently it should pop off. Replacing the new glass you just need to push firmly not too hard in the centre 2" diamiter of the glass to get it to clip on.
If you have heated mirrors you will need to pull the Two conections off.
These are photos of the "easy" type to change.
