Default oil and filter change on 1.9 cdti facelift

Tried this job today and found access really hard with engine covers etc. I wanted to run the car up on ramps but my spoiler is too low at the front and would damage it. Anyone got any other ideas of doing the job safely.

I got a couple of trolley jacks but would they get the car high enough from the wheel jacking points for access to the sump?

Jack the car up put it up on axle stands.... Remove underbelly tray makes access to the oil filter a damn sight easier... Its still pig ackward to get at with little room for movement but its the best way to do it...

ok will try that method with the trolley jack and i have stands too. Just really a point that the ramps used to work very well before and get so much more room to move about under the car too.
