hybrid turbos

what would it take to fit a hybrid turbo to my vec c z20net is there any point do you get any gains from it and what type of hybrid turbo would i need ?

I was thinking about upgrading the internals from the standard tubby on the net for more boost...

Steve a hybrid turbo is not a larger one
but the internals running on hyper quality ball bearings rather than lubrication - which will have less resistance allowing the turbo to spool up faster - the only concern would be producing excess boost that the Engine management system would not like
