if u have the one button interior light then no, i had same problem, hated it, so i bought a new interior light with map lights and sunglasses holder, piece of pi55 to fit matey. think about it. its the only way to do it iirc.

    You could buy this: http://www.lmfvauxhall.co.uk/store/p...at=1173&page=1

This set-up came in earlier models and i believe the second button from the right on the picture turns off the interior lights when the doors open. Hopefully someone else will confirm this.

I have got the sunglasses holder and reading lights.

I can turn the lights on and off as normal but when I open the doors (when the lights are off) they will always come on.

The rear ones are fine as they have the rocker switches, just the 3 by the mirror

Think it was pre-facelift gsi's and elites that had the set up with the fourth button. Another cost cutting measure i assume but a cheap mod from LMF.

I also had it on my 1.8 Active and 2.0T Edition 100 pre-facelifts. My current facelift SRI XP has the sunglasses holder and front reading lights, but no fourth button, so it doesn't.

The rear lights can be permanently disabled; I have done this by putting the 3-way switch to the correct position.

It's funny how some people are trying to add more lights front and back, whilst others are trying to turn them off!
