    Default M.O.T passed

    Phew thats another year gone ...my 6 year old car just sailed through its M.O.t .saying that they were going to fail it on the prism front indicators I have ,,,so i had to cough up £2.35p for two orange ones

    Actually, I honestly think MOT centres are not consistent...

    I seem to remember Duncans car failing its MOT because his Boost Gauge was in view of the windscreen wiper sweep. Or something similar, and had to remove it to pass.

    Whereby, my Boost Gauge was in exactly the same position and didnt even get a 'advisory' notice... and I've got Track-Day bullet camera's bolted to the 'A' pillar as well - lol... Just passed straight through

    well the guy that M.O.Ted it before at the same place made no comment about the indicator bulbs .

    but as that was all that was wrong I AINT complaining

    Exactly.

    My mates car failed it MOT because his drivers side seat belt was 'fluffy'... I think the MOT Centre used the word 'fraid' and cost him £160 to replace the belt...

    He spent the money before he told me about it, I told him he should have used a Bobble-Master and defluffed it and sent it back

    well done mate, hope I'm as lucky when I get mine done next month and mine is 6.5 years old!! it has passed all previous MOT's with no advisories, but there has to come a point doesn't there LOL!!
