    Default Egr help

Hey guys thinking of cleaning my egr valve and boost valve on my 55 plate vectra sri cdti. Just wondering if it is just a case of taking the bolts off and cleaning it or if i have to blank any pipes or anything??

    Thanks!!

The HOW2 will guide you through it. Basically a coupld of torx screws, couple of bolts and away you go. Just don't drop a bolt into the engine when trying to refit the EGR....like I did!

as the egr is off get the fiat gaskets part numbers are:

    large square one - 0055225287
    small oval one - 0055226183

both cost me 7.48 inc vat, well worth it and do the oil breather mod to stop the gunge building up in the future.
