    Default Tyres for my Vectra

    Guys,

I bought a 1.9CDTI SRI yesterday, one of the back tyres was a little worn, so will be putting the front wheels at the back(still have good rubber) and get 2 new front tyres.

Now here's the catch. I had Federals on my previous car and the noise was just un-real, good for wear and grip wasnt bad either so I have some 'boxes that need ticking' on what ever the new tyres end up being.

The new tyres need to be
    1. quite
    2. durable
    3. have good grip
    225/45/17s Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Neuton NT5000 from Neo Brothers they are all of the above and stick like baby poo to a blanket available from Neo Brothers in Waltham cross they are a Bridgestone RE050 lookylikey tread and are very hard wearing I have used them three times now with 100% satisfaction on my 250Hp Saab Aero. Made by YHI (Yokohama) they are amazing value.

If you want cheaper but so far incredibly good, check out Rotalla F105 also known as Minerva F105 I had a pair on mine when I collected it and in about 600 miles have really pleased me as they too are quiet grippy and look like Continental Sport contact 2's

    Hope this helps you.

Definitely, uniroyal bought them last year done about 16000 miles still can do another 4000 to 5000 miles, very quite, very good grip, and longlife.
