    Default Geometry Check

    Any of you guys know a good place I can get my geometry checked in the West Midlands/South Staffs area.

    Got a slight vibration on the motorway and dont want to knack the tyres

    Cant help with the thread move but someone recommended this company a while ago.

    Quick update to close this,

    Turns out it was just balancing required. fronts and backs were out.

    One of the front structure wheels was also slightly out of shape but he managed to balanced it so you cant feel it through the steering. When I get my tires changed next i'll consider changing it to the back or swapping it completely

    Usual trick is to make sure the tyre fitter actually knows how to fit tyres
    I caught a well known brand that had incorrectly fitted two tyres, "Why are these two tyres not aligned to the markings?", "oh is that what they are for"

    Would not hurt [other than the pocket] to have an alingment check,have it done on a Hunter laser system you will be surprised at the read out,once adjusted you will notice the difference.

    Hi,
    Nearest one around here for that sort of thing is Chemix at Amblecote, also got a site at Halesowen and also over Great Bridge way (I think it is anyway)

    what kind of prices are you looking at to get alinment done,also is the price differnt if youve lowerd your car
