Default Anyone Fitted Bilstein B4's to a Vec SRI/Signum Design?

Just dorve a new Astra SRI and the ride is great - firm but compliant over the bumps. Much less 'crashy' than the Signum Design (which is like a Vec SRI).

Anyone fitted B4's to a vec SRI/Signum Design (NOT a std Vec). Wondering if it would help reduce the slightly harsh/crashy ride ride?

    Thanks in advance

I think the sri and std vecs have the same dampers, isn't it just in the springs?

Don't think so, my vec needed a rear shock for mot 2 months ago and I was told it was an sri shock, therefore much dearer.

SRI/normal shocks are the same.. and Bilstein B4 is a direct replacement for both..

i have been told the shocks are different between the sri and a standard vec and that the sri ones are virtually the same as bilstein b4's

SRi shocks are shorter than standard ones to cope with the shorther (15mm) springs. The B4's are a direct replacement for the SRi shocks, however, because they are made by Bilstein they will last longer and wear better
