in car camera - record under charge & over-record

Hi All, camera arrived and I’ve been having a play.
Camera is DVR D011 I got for £9.99 of e-bay
The thing I was interested in was the record while on charge and the over-record function.
The camera does work when charging and I confident it will do the over record (when I use up the 8Gig card.

I’m very please, just need to keep get in the habit of switching it on. I was thinking of hard wiring it in, but I like the option to take it to another car easily

That looks good, quality is decent. Might get one of those for myself, maybe one for the rear as well

how does it switch on? if it was hardwired, could it come on when the car is turned on? I have a roadhawk for the frontview but would like a rear camera but it'd be too much hassle to have to try and remember to turn it on/off.

if you search under "Vehicle overwrite Camcorder MiniDV" you will find them on e-bay.

The camera was £9.99 and £9.99 for delivery which all in makes about £20.
