Vectra fault codes

Hi

Hope someone can clarify an issue for me. Father in law has a Vectra with z18xe engine, actually a very late veccy b, but think same engine was used in early veccy c's and zafiras.

EM light has come on, reading P0136, P155, and P0176. He's changed the pre cat lambda, and the EM light has gone out, but the Emissions light has come on. Hasn't had codes read since.

The car had the ECU repaired about 14 months ago, dry joint on earths issue, but i don't think this is relevant.

Looking at the codes this seems to suggest it's most likely to be a bad post cat lambda, rather than the pre cat one he has changed. Could anyone advise ?

Faulty air flow meters cause incorrect lambda sensor reading which give the fault codes relating to lambda issue, which people then change when they are not faulty..

Thanks Alanv6. But would like to just confirm 100% that P0136 is the post cat lambda. He's got someoine fitting s/h pre cat lamdas which I really don't think relates to the problem, and can be creating problems and expense that he doesn't need - Thanks Paul
