    Default Locking car via key!

    Hi

When i normally lock my car via the key i press the lock button twice to completely lock the car (i hear the locks go twice). Now all of a sudden i push it the second time nothing happens.

Hopefully i have explained this well enough?

    Can anyone help?

    Cheers

Yeah that's it....deadlock. Could not remember the name of it!
Was working this afternoon but not now! Have tried with both keys!

Was thinking that maybe the one press to lock and deadlock the car has somehow been activated (if possible) but cannot find this in my Owners Manual!

    Anyone?

sussed it i think. Something to do with not being able to deadlock unless the drivers door has been used, safety i guess!

Beat me to it. If you open passenger door the deadlock function don't work.Close and lock doors then open on drivers side and deadlock should reset.
