    Default Well it failed

Car had its mot this morning and it failed. handbrake travel too far, os rear brake not working (on sheet it says little or no effort) constant velocity gator had a tiny split in it and the icing on the cake my magic tree was obstructing drivers view!. got car home and stripped back wheels off only to find that the handbrake cable had come off its holding point on the caliper so put back on and handbrake working fine, sorted back brake problem and put a patch on the gator, and oh i took the magic tree down. all good now.

No mate they knew i was not happy with the absolute minuscule hole in the gator so they knew i would not be happy if they tried to charge me for a retest. how they managed to spot that hole is beyond me, it took me ages to find it.

the tester said that he had to wait for me to come and collect the car to remove the magic tree because if he done it they would have to charge me for the labour. i couldn't believe it!
