£14 for tracking seems very cheap, just print off the voucher

Had my tracking done a few years ago with them, mate had it done at the same time. Absolute crap, cars wandered all over the place. We decided to go elsewhere a few weeks later and both cars were way out............ BE CAUTIOUS...........

Tracking only adjusts the front wheel toe
What you need is a full 4 wheel alignment
Once that has been done, then a tracking check will confirm if another 4 wheel alignment is required

You should have a 4 wheel alignment done after any and all suspension and steering component replacements
Tracking can then be checked at all wheel changes thereafter

    "Free" puncture repair
Check the voucher for expiry date of 31/12/10
The first batch didn't have any and National Tyres are disputing these
You will still be charged for balance and valve at FULL price
Ironically it can be cheaper going elsewhere...

National tyres is a shoddy outfit - The mechanics are heavily targeted for sales by the company, to the point where they will make any "recommendation" to you for work they say needs to be done, even when it doesnt. I shudder at the thought of being in that place and the money they suck out of unsuspecting people who know no better.

Use any "free" or "discount" vouchers there at your peril, they are just a suck-in to get their claws into you.

I have to laugh at "free" puncture repair, when they are going to charge about £8.00 for the balance or valve
Most places charge about £10 to fit new tyres, and that includes balance and valve

However, I did once have a phone call from a relative that had been advised that Kwik Fit wanted £25 for a puncture repair
I arrived, swapped the spare on, drove the car to National Tyres (about 100 yards away) who did it for £5, and they even swapped the spare back off for me
