Default Need a speedy reply wife pregnant and having contractions since 2000

Hi i'm still having problems with my 1.9cdti 150 keeps juddering. I have just recleaned the EGR valve and boost sensor. I also did the air box mod while i was at it.
Went to start the car after and it wouldn't start. i did leave to pipe from the air box off and the one from the inlet manifold. Once i put these back on it stared but was running lumpy (could of been the carb cleaner) then it stared to run a bit better but still juddery.
So i removed the injector plugs to see it that was the cause but no so i the disconected the boost valve, no change so i then disconected the EGR and it cured the problem.
    My questions are:
    1. Will running the car with the EGR Valve disconnected cause and damage to the engine?
    2. Where can i get a blanking plate for the EGR and what fiat gasket is it that everyone is going on about??

No it will not damage the engine.

They are restrictor gaskets to replace the standard ones, they are not full blanking gaskets. Sounds like you need to give the EGR a good clean out (or a new one) but when refitting, use the Fiat gaskets to keep it tip top (have a search, plenty of threads with the part numbers of thes gaskets).
