Default DVD player in glove box.

Anyone got one fitted? I have the screen in the roof and originally had the single DIN player under the heater controls. (If you pull out the tray its a perfect single DIN hole) This would have worked for me if I could have fabricated a factory looking surround but it want to be. So the glove box in my next option. The problem is if you mount it to the top of the glove box, the door hits it if you try and shut it, and if you move it back the moving back of the box hits it when you open it.

Never fitted one but I'd probably modify the back of the glove box so that it doesn't catch the unit.

If it could fit vertically then the arm rest could be a good one, but the rear ashtray is too narrow mate. I'll have a look at the armrest tonight.

Right, got it I think. I have an under dash HU mount, the sort you get on Classic Mini's. To make it all work it would need to slide in and out with the opening of the glovebox, so what I need are some sort of draw runner, that can attach to the top of the mount and the roof of the glovebox. So guys, keep your eyes peeled and if you've seen said runners give us a shout.
