Default A quick help with axle weights

Hi,basically i have a 2.2dti signum elegance, and am looking to slightly lower the rear of the car as it is too high for me but retain ride quality and the functionality of transporting four passengers if need be.
I have looked in the for sale section and have seen a set of four sri springs which would lower my car by 15mm....now the issue.
The axle weights of the car they came off are.
    1930kg
    3430kg
    1-0995
    2-0960
My axle weights are as follows...
    2125
    3500
    1-1105
    2-1080
Now working in a vauxhall dealership my mechanical brain is telling me the front of mine is much heavier but i want to use just the rears at the moment. Now that means mine is 70 kg's heavier at the rear than the donor car. and also the laden weights are different.

My question is will this make a difference in the real world, not just on paper. Will the 70 kgs make that much of a differnce..bearing in mind that most springs work on different axle weighted cars anyway?

    Thank,Neil

ooops, reading the axle weight a bit wrong
I would think that the weight difference is too great thinking about it...what opinions on it does everyone have?

If you work in a dealership, surely you can get trade prices (or even better than trade-price?) ? Get some SRi springs for about £100 I would have thought.

Its not the cost, its the feasabiltity of it working and really by how much it may lower it by. It was just that these were quite cheap and more of a thought sparking a question if that makes sense.
Having done a bit of research tthe weight variation given to me by eibach is quite large so may be ok.
