    Default seatbelt bleep

Is there a way to disable the annoying seatbelt bleeper?

The flashing light is enough for me without the constant bleeping

Ive tried the search but couldnt find anything

'Maybe' by Tech 2, but not 100% sure.

Why does it bother you anyway? It doesn't start chiming unless you drive off without the seat belt on.

Seriously though - there's some frightening statistic about % of accidents that happen within a certain distance of home with people not wearing belts - better safe than sorry!

It's an optional extra. I've yet to come across a Vectra-C with it actually fitted. All the ones I've seen have never had it.

Please do as Duncan recommends & I for one totally agree only half an hour ago a screech of breaks they didn’t touch just. But a lady who lives around the corner very nearly spoilt her day & possibly her looks, ‘no belt on’. She very soon changed her mind when I indicated ‘no belt’ off she went to work very shaken buy the looks of it ....................

On my Elegance when I replaced the interior with half leather , the drivers seat only had the one plug whereby my old interior had 2 plugs one for the airbag and 1 for the presence in the seat.
So if you do not want this function on your car all that is required is to unplug that sensor plug.
