Rear seat stuck down due to locked seat belt

Is there anyone who can help with my dilemma?!
I folded the rear seats down in the Vectra, but when I went to lift them up the middle belt had "inertia locked" so, I can't lift the blasted seat up.
Does anyone have any suggestions, other than asking the local stealer to have a look at it for me?

Can you get to the bolts on the clip? If you can remove it and release it.

Thanks for your replies, and you much appreciated offer of assistance Plasma.
Unfortunately, I can't do anything about it this weekend due to prior commitments , but I'll endeavour to lift it up far enough to try to find, and undo, the retaining bolt.
Failing that I'll thrash it to death, Basil Fawlty style, with a bush, until it submits and releases by itself!

It's all sorted now.
I took it to the Vaux dealer in Harlow, and they whipped the rear seats out via the side clips and sorted it for me in about 10 minutes.
They didn't charge me - which was a bonus.
