    Default Which tyres?

My vectra came with a set of 18" dark grey BK alloys with Stainless Steel lip and 225/45/18 tyres on. The Description of the alloys according to the invoice is:

8x18 5x112 ET38 BK993 SS LIP (Is all Greek to me)

The tyres now need replacing and i would like to know which size of tyres you guys think would be better with the 18" alloys.

I don't know if is because the tyres are worn, but I find that I can feel every single bump and potwhole on the road as if the car had no tyres at all, is f*****g annoying to say the least.

Which tyre size you guys think is best for these wheels?

    Thanks guys.

TBh you have the right size now, maybe go for 235/40/18 but i doubt you will notice any difference.

If you have xl rated tyres try 91w's as they do not have the reinforced side walls so maybe a little softer.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

Take them off and put them on again, you can normally tell if they are right. From memory I thought they should be 5x110. If the invoice says that it doesn't mean thats what you've got either, could just be an invoice error. Take them off and see if they go on nicely....

Cool, I'm going to do that this weekend. If they are not right, I'm not even going to bother with the tyres, I'll just get a new set of wheels and stick these on eBay.

    Thanks guys
