dashed white lines with diagnols

Ok...hope someone can clear something up for me...

Double whites mean do not cross, white lines with diagnols on the approach to a right hand turn etc if theres a turn right lane also mean do not enter.

What about dashed white lines with diagnol lines in them? I will try to find a photo to explain better.
