Default Tips for removing the rear bumper insert

As above, I have my irmscher exhaust insert primed and ready to rub back for painting.

Any tips for removing the black sri exhaust trim. I have removed all of the button things and the clips that go into the crash bar so it's just the other clips. Whats the best way to remove?

I just tapped a chisel along the clips.

I suppose I could just break them all. Insert will be going in the bin most likely

I found some clips would just pull out, but some would put too much stress on the bumper part of the clip when you tried to pull so cutting the insert clips was the best bet.
