Default Signum questions for new owner

Hello, apologies if these questions keep getting asked, have owned my 55 signum 2.2 direct for a month now and really like it however after reading the forum lots of threads crop up re timing chain, fuel pump, etc.i want to keep the signum for the foreseable future so want to keep it in tip top condition.the sig has covered 38,600 miles and so far drives sweet.
1.do i change the fuel pump now before any problems and if so is it the continental i change to?
2.do i change the fuel pressure switch now ?
3.same with the camchain and tensioners, and do i change the full kit or just tensioner ?
4.do all parts have to be vaux ?
bearing in mind if i have to do all this now its going to cost a few bob which order do i do it in,
    thanks jeff

with regard to the fuel pressure regulator just ring your local dealer and they will tell you if it is affected with the "recall" and if it is it will be replaced free
ive had mine just over a month and it was affected

If the car's running sweet, why are you worried? Use it & enjoy it.
