tried to log on yesterday at work and this box flashed open it had a black background and said the sites been hacked i didnt stick around i closed it what was it who whats it ect

just had 2 boot into safe mode to remove a virus that nod32 didn't detect, it wouldn't let me do the 3 finger salut or access msconfig and brought up an app that was scanninfg my pc for viruses. all good now. is this just a coincidence or is it related to the problems on this site.
